Event Questionnaire

Welcome and congratulations on your upcoming event, whether a Baby Shower, Birthday Party, Engagement Party and more! We are thrilled you reached out to us and we welcome the opportunity to curate a distinctive, sophisticated design for your big day!

 

Once we receive your completed questionnaire you can expect to hear back from one of our team members within 48 business hours with further information and/or to schedule a consultation. Please note you can expect to spend no less than $300 for custom backdrop+ centerpiece design with the majority of our clients averaging between $500-$1,000 for custom backdrop + centerpiece design.

 

At your consultation we will discuss your décor vision and centerpiece details that will allow us to design the most remarkable event day. Following the consultation you will receive a commitment letter and deposit information. Upon receipt of the signed commitment letter and deposit payment, you are officially booked on our event calendar. Then we can put on our designer hats, and begin to curate your custom design.
