Need a little help on the day of your wedding? On your wedding day you should be able to sit back, relax, breathe and enjoy the day. This is not a day where you need to stress about your vendors, staying on time, ensuring everything goes perfectly. This shouldn't be left to a family member, friend or a bridal party member, you want someone who will dedicate their entire time to ensuring that the bride and groom and all the guests enjoy their time without the stress.

SILVER PACKAGE - $850
• Complimentary consultation with the couple.
• Timeline keeping only – this package does not include any setting up or teardown of any décor.
• Unlimited email communication within a month of the wedding date.
• Assist in the itinerary of your wedding day.
• Communication with vendors to confirm wedding details such as date, time, location, Etc.
• Wedding locations walk through with onsite coordinator/manager and bridal couple.
• Organization of vendors, itinerary, and wedding logistics
• Onsite coordination and management at the wedding ceremony rehearsal, ceremony location and reception setup.
• Be on hand to avert or deal with any situations that may arise in an inconspicuous and timely manner throughout the entire day.
• Managing breakdown and collection of personal items.

• Additional staff to assist with the day’s events. - Bussing tables throughout the evening. washing dishes, etc.

PACKAGE - $1050
Those who have everything organized, and need assistance with setting up the decor for your venue. Our team will work behind the scenes to ensure a timely and professional setup. We will work behind the scenes to setup and strike down your decor exactly how you envisioned it. For upto 100 guests, additional guests will have additional charges.

SERVICE
PACKAGE - $395
Available for our coordination couples.
At the end of your event you can leave the stress of packing up the decor to us. We will takedown and pack up all of your décor for you and have it ready for whomever is taking it away.
